All items listed on RadiatorPlace.com are one-of-a-kind. Therefore, we
encourage our customers to act fast if they find a product they
are interested in. If the product you are interested in has
already been sold, you will be notified that the item is not
available at the time you try to add the item to your shopping

Sales Tax
RadiatorPlace.com does not charge sales tax on orders shipped outside
the state of Florida. However, state law requires that we charge
7% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within the state
of Florida. Sales tax will be applied during the checkout process
if FL is chosen as the state for the shipping address.

Order Status
After you purchase an item you will receive an Order Confirmation
e-mail that acknowledges we have received your order. At this time
we will begin processing your order and our fulfillment personnel
will prepare your item(s) for shipping. When your package leaves
our facility, you will receive another e-mail to let you know that
it has been shipped and provide you with the UPS tracking number.

Security
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100%
safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made
to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under
the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for
more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you
liable for any of this $50.00, We will cover the entire liability
for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability
if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no
fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure
server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you
must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its
reporting rules and procedures.
We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure
Socket Layer (SSL), to keep your order information secure. This
means all of your personal information, including your credit card
number, name and address, cannot be read by anyone except as
provided in our Privacy Policy.

III. Shipping (U.S. only)
When Will My Order Ship/Arrive?
We ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday. All
orders processed by 2:00 PM ET will ship the same business day.
Exceptions to this include orders that are placed on Friday after
2:00 PM ET, over a weekend.
The expected delivery time for packages differs depending on the
shipping method and location. Orders shipped via UPS Ground
typically take from 1-5 business days to arrive from the time the
package leaves our facility..

Tracking Your Package
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number when
your order leaves our facility. We use UPS for all of our
shipments to the U.S.. You can use the tracking number provided in
your shipping confirmation to track the progress of your shipment
at
ups.com.

Domestic Shipping Options
Most of the products shipped within the contiguous U.S. are
delivered via UPS Ground® Services. You also have the option of
choosing UPS 2Day® or UPS Standard Overnight® as you are checking
out.
All
packages are shipped

included in the charge.
We are unable to provide insurance on packages sent with no
signature required.
(Free Shipping &
Handling):
Orders shipped via UPS Ground typically take from 1-5 business
days to arrive from the time the package leaves our facility.
All orders shipped out via ground shipping within the contiguous
U.S. will be free
UPS
2Day® Service:
If you choose, you can have the delivery of your items upgraded to
UPS 2Day. There is an additional fee for this upgrade. Typically,
UPS 2Day items arrive two business days after leaving our
facility, with delivery by 4:30pm to business addresses or by 7pm
to residential addresses.
Note: UPS 2Day items ordered on Thursday will typically arrive the
following Monday. UPS 2Day items ordered on Friday will typically
arrive the following Tuesday.
UPS
Standard Overnight®:
If you choose, you can have the delivery of your items upgraded to
UPS Standard Overnight. There is an additional fee for this
upgrade. Typically, UPS Standard Overnight items arrive one
business day after leaving our facility, with delivery by 4:30pm.
Note: UPS
Standard Overnight items ordered on Friday will typically arrive
the following Monday.
Alaska/Hawaii Shipping Options
Items shipped outside the contiguous U.S. to Alaska or Hawaii can
only be shipped via UPS 2Day Service. Ground service to Alaska or
Hawaii is not available.
APO/FPO
Addresses
While we can ship most items to APO/FPO addresses, some
restrictions do apply. Items sent to APO/FPO addresses must be
shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be
expedited. Normal delivery time for these shipments ranges from
10-30 days. If a package has not been delivered within 75 days or
more, written notice of non-receipt must be submitted to
RadiatorPlace.com signed by the intended recipient. Once this written
notice is received by RadiatorPlace.com, a claim will be filed with
the United States Postal Service. If the USPS can not provide a
signature confirmation of delivery, the recipient will then have
the option of a full credit for the purchase amount or a
reshipment of the order.

Shipping Problems
Shipping problems, while not common, can happen. If you have a
problem with your order that is related to shipping, please
contact us at

for assistance.
If you have not received your shipment within the expected
delivery time, or if the shipment has been delivered but is not in
your possession, please have your order number ready and contact
us at our toll free number. A Customer Service Representative will
process a claim with UPS and give you further instructions.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please do not open the box or
remove any of the packaging materials. A RadiatorPlace.com Customer
Service Representative will have to process a damage claim with
UPS, have the damaged merchandise picked up from your location,
and give you further instructions to receive a replacement.

Condition Disputes
We provide a 100% guarantee on the condition of our radiators. If,
during the first 15 days following the receipt of the purchase,
you wish to return any product in the exact condition that you
received it (has not been opened), a 100 percent refund will be
given for the price you paid for the product. You will be
responsible for the entire cost of the original shipping, handling
and taxes and any costs incurred during the return of the radiator
to us.
Radiator Received Does Not Match Your Order
If the radiator you receive does not match the order you placed
with us, please contact our Customer Service department at

for assistance. A representative will help you determine the best
way get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.
RadiatorPlace.com will cover the shipping costs for a replacement in
which RadiatorPlace.com was at fault or that qualifies for repair
through our 12-Month Limited Warranty. RadiatorPlace.com will only
cover replacement shipping & handling costs to the
original
shipping destination of the order.
